Urine PH 8.5 in 23 week
PROFILE Age: 29 years Pregnancy Week: 23 First pregnancy Working from home since March Any issue: 1. Deficient in Vitamin D (4.5) 2. Low Lying Placenta observed in 21 week TIFFA scan (11mm away from OS) 3. Gestational Prediabeties (178 mg/dL in 2nd hour of 75g glucose test) No bleeding No other issue MEDICATION No bleeding no diabetes no other issue MEDICATION 1. Used to walk daily evening for 20 min till 21 week discovered low lying placenta issue 2. Tako 60k once a week since last 6 weeks. Will continue for 6 more weeks 3. Folic tablets (folvite) one per day since mid march 4. Calcium tablets (shellcal-M)  one per day since last 6 weeks 5. Iron tablet (orafor) one per day since 2 days 6. Protien Powder ( 1 spoon with milk) since today 5. Walk/sit in sunlight daily since last 6 weeks No other exercise except cooking food QUERY 1. In my complete urine examine done on 14 jul, my ph was 8.5 What should I do ?

Hi. Since all other parameters are normal it is not very significant . Up to 8 is considered as normal . Drink more water and reduce too much of proteins . Reduce antacid if you are taking .
