Recommended protein intake on daily basis is 0.8kg per body weight. If you are 60 kg then protein intake should be 48g . Some studies show that more protein intake can put stress on kidneys . less water intake with high protein intake can put even more stress on kidneys filtration, Which can lead to protein in urine.
Next Steps
So it’s better to reduce the protein intake according to the weight and hydrate yourself with water adequately especially if you are having more physical activity or workout, at least 3.5 -3.7 litres of water per day is beneficial.
Health Tips
You can consult after correction and repeat the test once more , contact for further query.
