Urine retention after C-SECTION
My wife delivered son by C-Section but immediately she got developed urine retention issue in bladder.
Same gynecologist suggested catheterization for 10days and silofast 8 mg capsule once in a day.

This happens quite often...just catheterization following which removal after 2 weeks..
