Urine routine result
My child age is 4.7 years recently she got fever in two times between 5 days gap so we did blood test and urine routine .in urine routine test acetone ,albumin,urobilinogen result is present + and rbc count is 360 uL can u pls explain the problem in it

It is likely that child got dehydrated due to the fever and hence showing these entities in the urine or that she has some kidney or liver related disorder. It is not really possible to explain the exact cause without having a complete clinical picture of the child. Kindly consult your Pediatrician for further management
