Usage of spf
For skin related issues I went to dermatologist ...he suggested me very expensive spf30 ...my parents are tired of wasting money on treatments ...I can't ask for any more from them...what i f I don't use SPF...? My dermatologist has put me on isotretinoin and biotax ...and a klimface gel with hairsofr AD shampoo and an SPF 30 ..I couldn't remember its name plz suggest for any substitute ..or what should I do ...as i have read on internet that SPF is a must while taking accutane(isotretinoin).... plz help me out

You can cover your face while going out in sun. Carry an umbrella. Wear full sleeves clothes. You can ask your Dermatologist to give you a substitute since he or she must be aware of your skin type and concern.

For Indian skin type, spf of 10_15 is sufficient and if you don't want to use expensive sunscreen you can put simple calamine lotion which has enough protection. Dryness is the main issue if you are on isotretinoin you can use simple Vaseline for dryness.
Next Steps
Avoid sunexposure during 11am to 4 pm as much as possible and you can use shades like sunglasses, hat etc for sun protection.
