Kindly visit urologist - for better diagnosis of the problem and correct medication. Betadine will not help .it may Increase burning . You have to wash your penile Region thoroughly often , with mild soap and water and keep as dry as possible . . If it’s fungal - urologist will examine and prescribe right medications .
For itching you can take for now Tablet Levicetrizine 10mg once day - it’s anti histaminic
