I'm taking Adfrar 40 mg injection for last 2 years. Recent CT enterography and fecal calprotectin shows no active inflammation. Doctor is asking to continue, any chance to stop the injection or need to undergo any more test. Please suggest

I believe you have Crohns disease for which you are on adalimumab. Guidelines suggest taking the medication indefinitely, which may not be practical. Can discuss with your gastroenterologist regarding the risks and benefits of stopping the medication if disease is inactive for 2 to 3 years
