Use of caffeine tablets
As a post graduate student who is required to spend long hours on projects, assignments and classes I find it difficulty to stay awake in classes. Any suggestions that could help and opinion on the use of caffeine tablets and energy drinks for the same. Thanks in advance.

Two or three cups of coffee or tea are ok over a 24 hour period. Taking more than that, just to keep oneself alert, is not advisable. Taking caffeine tablets avoids calories but there is the risk of overdose. Sleep deprivation eventually is harmful. It is best to ensure adequate timely good quality sleep.
