Using Anu tailum
Hi, when i put anu tailum i felt it like in my head, does it hits the head or im doing it the wrong way?

Hello, Its said in classics- "Naasa hi Shirasodharam". That means nose( here let's consider it as Nostrils are the way to head(shiras literal meaning)
So when you put any nasal drops it directly enters head, so you feel little irritation which is normal.

Get steam over forehead for 15 to 20 mins then apply 2 drops of Anu Tailam on each nostrils in the morning..

Yes little wrong, ya you feel little irriration in the nose forehead and throat once accumulated dosas come out you should feel relax in around 5 min
Lift your head to complete acute angle at neck and then instil

Hello dear don't worry Drop only 2drops in each nostril ,U can put Mustard oil in place of anu tail if irritation persists

Pour 2 drops in each nostril at morning before breakfast
After that phlegm will come to mouth ,spit it out ,wash mouth with warm water

Water streaming
Also oil feel in mouth so solit out
Also this procedure do in early morning
