  4. Uterine fibroid. Any other alternative!

Hi., My mother has been diagnosed with intramural uterine fibroid and i have attached the report, the doctor has suggested for removal of uterus, ovaries and Fallopian tubes. Im bit skeptical about surgery, is there any other alternative

She is having big size multiple fibroids... it is advisable for her to get a surgery done... You can get a laparoscopic surgery done also... As far as uterus and tubes are concerned their removal is ok but ovaries should be conserved to avoid abrupt surgical menopause
