I am having a large hypoechic lesion abutting the posterior wall of uterus and displacing the uterus. Probably large fibroid. Please help me to shrink it and stop the growth of it.
I have normal menses regularly with no pain.

Regular menses indicates that your problem is not aggravated that much.
Almost 06 month of treatment (oral medications) is required in 90% patients to eradicate the problem.( USG is conducted at a regular interval of 2 months, & treatment may be stopped before 6 months if the reports happen to be normal)
Panchkarma is not required in almost 70% patients & if required we let it done at the city you reside in.
The treatment module & medicines differ for each patient as per body & disease specificity... So its important to have an on call consultation to plan a right plan of treatment ( medicines are sent through courier for the patients who don't belong to NCR & Allahabad)
Health Tips
please stop eating anything made up of 'BESAN' & 'MAIDA'.
