Uterus fibroid
At 21weeks pregnancy ultrasound found an intramural fibroid measuring 4×3.7×1.9cm. At anterior fundal aspect with minimal degeneration within is retroplacental at left lateral margin of placenta.can it cause placental abruption? Or any other problem
