My nephew who is of age 1 month 20 days, weighs 5 kg weight, had gone through vaccination 2 days ago. Since then, he is not feeding as before. Also he had fever unto yesterday. Even after relieved with fever, he is not feeding well.
So, we visited a doctor nearby, day before yesterday and yesterday as well. He has suggested us to use the following attached drops for 2 days. Now, my query is should we still give the drops to baby if his body temperature is around 96° F? Also, show we worry about baby not feeding well after the vaccine?

May be the baby is not comfortable due to pain following vaccination...this medicine will help in that too..but use SOS, if needed 6 hrly.....Next time give the painless acellular vaccine
