Vaccine fever
My son is 6 weeks old. Yesterday he got his vaccines. And Yesterday 1 pm I gave him Paracetamol P-100, 12 drops and 8 pm more 6 drops. Still he has fever whole night and now also what should I do?

Aplly ice pack over vaccine site U can give paracetamol every 6 hourly if fever is above 99.5F

No need to worry about that until baby is active and feeding properly. You use dolo drops according to weight . If fever is more you can do tepitz sponging with luke warm water.
