I have travel to Spain after 20th september but I haven't gotten vaccinated yet. I would like to know which centres are doing 2nd dose of covishield before 84 days. As per the new rule, those who traveling abroad can take 2nd dose before 84 days. But in my area (Tilak Nagar West Delhi,) centres are not agreeing as they don't have the authority to do this yet. Kindly suggest me a centre I have to het vaccinated with 1st and 2nd dose of covishield before 20 or 25th September
