Hi Doctor, I am writing this email to seek your help. My wedding is in next month. My fiance is 34 year old. She has Situs Inversus. Due to which she cant smell and her uterus is small. She had undergone through hormone therapy. She wont get periods till she uses medicines. Her Vagina is stinking which I noticed but she is unaware as she can't smell. Please do reply with a solution that would be a great help. Thank you.
