Vaginal bleeding after period

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My wife had no period on feb regular. Then after next cycle she has period and after period the blood spot was there then she had taken hempushpa 16 days and after period bleeding is happening till today and she need to change pad every 6 hrs or less. She stopped taking hempushpa from 8 days however bleeding happening , kindly suggest what is the reason behind it
