Vaginal infection
I replaced my Nuvaring right away in order to skip my period. I was sexually active and now I’m bleeding but also my urine has a foul smell and I’m having abdominal pains. I’m not sure if it’s just my period or if it’s a UTI. the blood flow is light but consistent so I have to frequently change.

It could definitely be urinary tract infection which is causing this.
Drink plenty of fluids and get yourself examined vy a gynaecologist.
You can start syrup alkasol 2tsf twice daily with glass of water
