Asked for Female, 28 Years

I m a little pain in the vagina, during urination i have a pain in vaginal opening. While having sex, During intercourse , there is severe pain. My underwear reamains wet continuesly. There was a White cottage cheeze like discharge on 25th morning. After that there was no such discharge. Kindly suggest some medicine.
