Vericocele
My husband having oligoasthenoteratozoospermia Grade 2 in right, grade 3 vericocele in left side all hormonal profile is normal.. does is only solution for us or if we underwent surgery for vericocele after 3 mnths of surgery sperm parameters will improve or not?

Varicocoel has to be corrected surgically. Then you have to repeat semen test after varicocoel properly treated.
Semen sample has to be given for test after 3days of abstinence from good lab. Only then you can comment on sperm quantity or quality.
