One year ago I was diagnosed with Grade 2 varicocele. I haven't been to the doctor this year for a checkup. (Shall I go for a checkup?). Since then I've stopped going to the Gym and now I wish to join it again. Can I go to the gym or shall not? Will I be worsening the condition of varicocele. If there is any treatment apart from Surgery kindly suggest. Thank you.

We need to see whether actually surgery is needed or not,,, grade 2 doesn't need surgery always ,, please consult a urologist in person
