I had vertigo for the first time last year in March, lasted for days. Then again three weeks back lasted for hours went to the Doctor I did x- ray nothing in the head,but it was ear infection on my left side, but lady last again for few minutes on the righten side. How can I get rid of it permanently? Please assist

You need to get it thoroughly investigated to arrive at an exact diagnosis then only can we treat it completely. 90% of the diagnosis of vertigo are diagnosed on history and examination. Then some investigations like PTA Video Nystagmography, MRI brain if required helps in clinching the diagnosis.
