Very frequent urination. Have had many!

I have been facing this issue from a long time now. I need to visit bathroom multiple times during the whole day as well as in the night. Recently i got my full body checkup done, however my urine routine report and culture was okay. I visited a gynae who diagnoised me and let me know that there was some vagina infection. I took antibiotics for 10 days still my frequent urination didnt stop. Then she gave me another one day course of azithromycin , flucanazole and similar to my husband. Still i am at square zero. Its been 1 month we are avoiding intercourse as advised by doctor. My efgr is 157 Thyroid is 4 Hb is 11.5 Cholestrol is bit high Pap smear shows reactive cellular changes with inflammation or repair I want to know what can be the other reason of frquent urination. During day it is more than 15 times and in night 4-5 times. I drink 2.5-3 litres of water a day Also i am taking eplive 250 twice a day as i have primary epilepsy.I dnt have any UTI, however in past i have had Many
