Very heavy bleeding on implant

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've been on the contraceptive I mplant for about 6 months not had a proper period just random spotting. All of a sudden I'm now bleeding very heavy with no period cramps and little clumps of blood could you tell me what this could be please.
