Very low wbc count
I am having burning sensation while urinating since past 1 month. Urine report shows oxalate crystals, 2-4 wbc, 1-2 epithelial cells. I did some tests yesterday. Cbc report shows very low wbc count at 2980. High mcv and pdw.
I am also having gas bloating and other indigestion problems since last 1 month.
Please advise.

Treatment of oxalate crystals requires treatment in the form of hydration , dietary changes, calcium and many more other things.
Low WBCs can be due to infection as are high WBCs.
