Watch out for symptoms like change in character of headache, early morning worsening of headache, rising severity, vision related issues or limb weakness. Keep a watch on any systemic symptoms as well, like a generalized fatigue, fever, cough and vital signs etc.  If the headache is truely new in onset, it requires further evaluation and investigations.
Next Steps
Consult a neurologist in case of persisting symptoms or any of the above.
