Very thin hair
After recover from dengue in the month of august i faced a huge hair fall problem in the month of October and it lasts for one month. have lost almost 60% of my hair volume. now having very thin hair. please suggest how i can i get it back . means what to do for regrowth

One month of hair fall usually after an illness suggests that you may be suffering from a condition called telogen effluvium, which is precipitated by a stressor like illness, surgery etc. It usually settles in few months time even without any treatment.
