Vesibeta 50 Mg
My mother had vesibeta 50 MG around 12 o'clock today as she wasn't able to hold urine so doctor prescribed this medicine
She is admitted in hospital only and just had total knee replacement surgery 2 days back.
She took this medicine and after 3 she started getting Cough through Vomiting, had chest pain, severe headache , confusion and loss of consciousness and restless and not able to sit and speak properly.
So is there anyone who can give quick reply as to what is to be done for now as we want to reduce the effect of the drug as no urologist is available in this hospital before 10

Are you sure it is because of the drug? She had knee replacement surgery so there can be other causes like embolism. What was the cause of her not being able to hold urine earlier? We need more history

as she is already in the hospital further workup with supportive management along with d- dimer test if available
