Viral after 1 month of MTP. Of viral?

Hello, I terminated my pregnancy on 25 May 2019 by D&C. Although after that i had little bleeding and and whenever i would eat anything hot and spicy i would bleed alot.My doctor being a saviour i would msg her at any time and she would be kind enough to help. She asked me to do TVS to rule out if any remains there. In the reports there was 9*5mm echogenic area at my endometrial cavity and post void 230ml suggestive of UTI so i waa given mediciations for both. For RPOC, i was given 2 injections .The medications helped me big time although i had alot of anxiety pblm. I then got ng periods on 19th june and it lasted for 6 days. Now since mrng i have viral which includes fever , throat pain, headache, body pain so i am anxious too. I informed her and she has called me tomorrow with my urine and cbc reports. Kindly help. My dr lives far so here to ask until i visit her tomorrow evening.Is the fever and headache bcoz of viral ?
