He was having fever for 3 days . Now after medication of viral fever he does not have fever since yesterday. But he is feeling weekness , and loss of appetite today and headache. Also whenever he eats start feeling like vomit.

After fever these are common. Plenty of water n liquid ors buttermilk coconut water, juice , ORS lamonade intake more n more, rather than solid as it's hectic heat, normal person don't want to eat.
Tab supradyne one at night after dinner for two weeks for weakness. As weakness cover slowly diet regain.
