I have taken arachitol 6l injection for vit d deficiency(mine was 9.86) .How long will it take to raise my vit d levels after Injection and can I take extra vit d tablets after the injection .if yes then after how long ?thank you!

Do not take the dose as extra once a week injection or once a week oral tablet is fine
Do not take together
Your vitamin d is too low if you took injection for 4 weeks minimum there will be improvement
