VITAMIN B12 AND D Deficiency!
Vitamin b12 and d levels decreases once the supplement duration ends! Need a proper diet for main the Vitamin D and B12 Levels! I am vegetarian! Also I dont consume Eggs, Alcohol, Cigs!

So u need to add milk and milk products.. For b12.. Still might get deficient So better would be supplementing Adequate sun exposure... Only beede for Vit d Being vegetarian... Need support
