As per your age , Vit. D should be in between 40-100. Please have a proper diet to increase the Vit. D levels in your body.
1. Eat a lot of vegetables and fruits.
2. Add Milk, dairy products, soya products in your diet.
3. Have egg, tuna and salmon fish
4. Add ragi in your diet.
5. Drink plenty of water.
6. Expose to sunlight before 9am and after 4.30 pm., as sunlight is the main source of vit.d.
