Vitamin D Deficiency
Dear doc I have recently done fully body tests and found my vitamin D levels to be too low at <4 ? Though I am not feeling or noticing any change in general well being.. I am just wondering if I should be making any changes to my diet or taking supplements. I am overweight with BMI of ~30. Kindly suggest what supplements I should be taking if at all I should be taking any. Thanks in advance
