I have vit d deficiency. I want to know the ways to get it back to normal quickly. Also please suggest me the best time to get sun rays for vit d.

Take vitamin D3 60K I u per week preferably with milk for a month You haven't given your vitD3 level duration of taking vit D3 depends upon your blood level

You can have it corrected by vitamin d sachets along with ca tablets, and spacing it according to the  milk intake. Also you can add foods rich in vitamin d such as mushrooms Best time would be the morning sun, 8-10 am as that is bearable and effective

Hi You need to correct Vitamin D deficiency by taking intramuscular injection of vitamin D 6 lac IU Also you will need calcium supplements depending on your diet and symptoms ( if any ) Sunlight is a source of vitamin D but it depends on where do you live . If you live in a polluted city it’s difficult to get sufficient vitamin D even after good sunlight exposure Other sources of vitamin d are fish and food fortified with vitamin D Hope this is helpful

Vitamin D deficient is found in more than 70% of population and treatment and dosage will depend on lab values . As for sun exposure , 5 minute of adequate sunlight exposure a day is sufficient for daily Vitamin D requirement but can’t correct the deficiency
