Vitamin D deficiency
My vitamin D is very low(13) . Is there any Ayurvedic medicines available for vitamin D? Digestion is normal .

Everyday suryanamaska consisting of 12 steps with specific lines of mantras is verygood.To be done as the sun rises   approx by 6 am to 7.30 am.U can get ample amount of sunshine vitamin . Eat sprouts raw,whole grains plenty of vegetables,fruits  in everymeal. Milk milk products are also healthy. Ghee is the best fat  could be consumed.. Exercise,yoga,walking helps keep u fit. Sleep for atleast six hrs at night for a refreshing day.
