vitamin D level is: 19.72.
Question:
1. What time is the correct time for exposing in sun?
Some are saying 6am-9am, 4pm-6pm.
Some are saying 10am-3pm.
2. If its 10am-3pm, are there side effects if exposed like skin becoming dark, skin cancer, sun stroke?
3. How many days should i expose in sun to get vit D levels back to normal?
4. Is it possible to get back to normal level without having vit D supplement tablet?
Note: As i am at home due to corona, i am exposing to sun daily between 6am-9am and 4pm-6pm for 1hour. Am i doing correctly???
