My vitamin D reading is 7.70 ng/ml..Please suggest vitamin d supplement..and how many days should I take.

Your vitamin d level is very low You can have an injection form of vitamin d 300000 iu once, repeat after 3 months or 60000 iu oral form taken once a week for at least 10 weeks Both are equally effective. You should use calcium supplement daily as well as it is required for the absorption of vitamin d
