Hello my vitamin d level is 21, my nearby local doctor advised to take calday-d3 once weekly for 8 weeks, i just want to know is it the right dose or do i need to take daily because one of my friend told to take vitamin d supplement daily not weekly so kindly help thank you

So 1000 IU daily would suffice for 3 to 6 months.
