Vitamin D defciency ia very common in these days due to the less exposure of sunligjt as well as foods deficient in vitamin D. The vit D deficiency can cause multiple joint pain, hair loss,  muscle cramps, bleeding irregularities in women etc. Vit D deficiency is clubbed with calcium deficiency. Calcium absorption is affected by vit D loss.
Next Steps
Have weekly once vitamin D sachet for at least 6 weeks. and then continue the vitamin D sachet for another 3 weeks. Vit D should be clubbed with tablet calcium so the absorption of calcium increases. Do calcium tablet once a day  along with vit D.
Health Tips
Have food rich in vitamin D and calcium like Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals Beef liver Cheese etc.
