I have been suffering from back pain for almost 1 year now. i recently got vitamin D levels checked and result is
vitamin d(25hydroxy vitamind d) : 31.43.
is the result normal? should i take any vit d supplements? please suggest!

Fatty fish, like tuna, mackerel, and salmon....Foods fortified with vitamin D, like some dairy products, orange juice, soy milk, and cereals...Beef liver....Cheese, .Egg yolks...mushrooms, soy milk...
Vitamin D is also naturally made by our body when we expose our skin to the sun....
Deficiency of vitamin D3 results in lethargy, weakness and rickets....
