Take iron calcium,and healthy balanced diet green vegetables salads and seasonal fruits avoid pineapple papaya,milk,curd  these will provide you natural vitamins Omega 3is not necessary.

All the vitamin/mineral are essential for the proper growth and development of baby. Out of all, Calcium and iron have utmost importance. U need to take them daily along with protein Powder supplements Vit b12/folic acid/omega 3 fatty acids supplements can be continued. Have a healthy balanced diet and plenty of fluids throughout the day That will itself cover all the essential micronutrients Take care Stay safe 🙏
