Your vitamin D is quite low and will cause general feeling of low mood, decreased energy and increased susceptibility to infections. You require aleast few weeks of vit D supplements to build up your vitamin stores. Numbness in various part of your body can be due to associated vitamin deficiencies and will require adequate vitamin supplements.
Next Steps
you should start taking Vitamin D supplements 60000IU atleast once a week along with adequate calcium in your diet. Its also recommended that you start taking a multivitamin tablet like A to Z daily to improve your vitamin intake. wholesome and healthy diet along with adequate sunlight exposure will improve your symptoms
Health Tips
Dont take excess of vitamin D supplements than recommended
