Hello Your blood test shows a **Vitamin D level of 17.9 ng/mL**, which is deficient (optimal range: 30–50 ng/mL). However, your **Vitamin B12 level (1184.0 pg/mL)** is actually **higher than normal** (typical range: 200–900 pg/mL), which may not require immediate intervention unless you have specific symptoms.  Recommended Steps:  1. For Vitamin D Deficiency:     - Take **Uprise D60K (60,000 IU) once weekly for 8 weeks**, followed by a maintenance dose (e.g., once monthly for 6 months).     - Include sunlight exposure (15–20 min/day) and vitamin D-rich foods (fatty fish, fortified dairy, eggs).  2. For Elevated Vitamin B12:    - No medication is needed to lower B12, but ensure proper hydration to help excrete excess through urine.     - Review any supplements or injections you may be taking, as they could be the cause.  3. For Bone Pain:     - Painkillers like **Dhoom or Sciras-DSR** may provide temporary relief, but addressing the **Vitamin D deficiency** will help long-term.  Follow-Up Advice:  - Recheck **Vitamin D and B12 levels after 3 months** to monitor progress.  - If bone pain persists despite treatment, further evaluation (e.g., calcium, PTH, or bone density tests) may be needed.  For a **detailed assessment and personalized plan**, I recommend scheduling a consultation with me. You can reach me on WhatsApp at **Eight Zero Zero Nine Eight Two One Three Three Two** to discuss your concerns further.
