Vitimam D overdose??

Lately I've been trying to be more consistent about taking my vitimans, but I think it backfired! My doctor had prescribed a 4000 IU vitiman D supplement a year ago when my vitiman D was insanely low. Since then however, I moved to the west coast, and have been running in the sun everyday. Plus, my multi includes vitiman D. Recently I felt some similar symptoms of Vitiman D deficiency, so I took the 4000 IU with the multi. But today after taking it, my heart rate was elevated and my head hurt.

Dont worry vit D toxicity won't increase heart rate much. It mayb some other reason. Vit d toxicity cause increase in calcium levels. Abdomen pain, stones in kidney, irritability n other features of high calcium. So better get vit d3 levels if u r taking high dose of d3. Take medicines for GASTRITIS. N take ECG if high heart rate is still high n chest pain persists. Meet a doctor if symptoms persists.
