Hi, I am a public speaker and trainer, and since I need to speak for long hours, my voice box becomes strained and swollen sometimes. I want to know if there is any way I can prevent this from happening. Any preventive step that I can take to ensure that the voice box is lubricated for longer periods of time
Note : I do use Mike and do voice rest whenever possible. But still sometimes this problem re occurs.
