I am 17 yers old boy.but my sound like girl and i never drink cold water and my voice is very soft and no deeper. It totaly like a girl plz help me plz plz plz....

This is called puberphonia Meet a speech therapist it should improve However with adequate speech therapy if there is no improvement there are surgical options available
