Last 3 days iam having vomiting and dihrea 4 to 5 times a day. Iam having light food electral water, imodium and ornoff but not working too well

Continue treatment, add enterogermina tablet 1-1-1, pantocid dsr 1-0-0 for 3 days. Take lot of water, curd, buttermilk, lemon juice.
