My mother aged 55 yrs suddenly when wake up in morning is continuously vomiting and feeling dizziness She is feeling so much weakness Please help

Get an usg Abdomen and pelvis urgently Mean while give Tab. Vomikind 4 mg three times a day for 2 days ( keep it below tongue) Cap. Pantosec DSR once daily before breakfast for 10 days
