Vomiting even after giving domestal
Two Kids hit each other while playing,so one kid got slight bleeding from the nose. It was stopped . But he slept n felt vomiting sensation.Nose got slightly swelled. Took him to hospital. Doctor gave nosel drops, n domasal. We gave that too. Later provided food after half an hr,tht too vomottied . He slept again nw. If he eat something again he s doing vomit. No doctors available in this time. Kindly assist us

Repeat Domstal once again and take him to a Pediatric Hospital, as there was head injury. Need to rule out any raised ICT.
